Your responsibilities:

• Conduct monthly reviews of Xurrent systems for our clients
• Maintain and enhance existing configurations
• Handle user requests and participate in troubleshooting
• Gradually learn how to implement and configure Xurrent solutions
• Contribute to the improvement of internal and client processes

At the beginning, the focus will be on learning and understanding the system, supported by continuous mentoring from experienced consultants.

What we are looking for:

• Someone with basic IT knowledge and a strong desire for professional development
• Good understanding of the Windows environment and general computer use
• Active use of MS Office tools and the internet
• Good written and spoken English
• Responsibility, a systematic approach to work, and willingness to learn
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset

An advantage, but not required:

• Basic understanding of IT service management concepts (incident, problem, change)
• Familiarity with ITIL or a similar framework
• Experience in a helpdesk or IT support role
• Analytical thinking and process understanding
• Proactivity and a desire to improve work practices
